Prior to a formal interview we are requiring that all applicants complete 5 online assessments. These assessments are administered by DRI Consulting and include the: Employee Aptitude Survey (EAS), Watson Glaser, California Personality Inventory (CPI), FIRO-B, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Finalists will be invited to interview at TPG Credit.
