Once your application and resume have been reviewed, if chosen, you will be contacted for a prescreening interview to discuss your application and answer any questions you may have. Prior to a formal interview we are requiring that all applicants complete 5 online assessments. These assessments are administered by DRI Consulting and include the: Employee Aptitude Survey (EAS), Watson Glaser, California Personality Inventory (CPI), FIRO-B, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Finalists will be invited to interview at TPG Credit.
